Finance Admin

JOB SCOPE : This role supports the daily financial operations by handling invoices, reimbursement, data entry, and financial documentation. The Finance Admin ensures all transactions are processed accurately and on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Financial Documentation :

  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reimbursements
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry of transactions
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records

Reporting Support :

  • Assist in preparing monthly expense reports
  • Help reconcile petty cash and internal payments
  • Coordinate with other departments on billing and expenses

Administrative Coordination :

  • Track due dates for recurring payments
  • Liaise with vendors for billing queries

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or finance role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
