Bartender

JOB SCOPE : Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, craft cocktails, and ensure an engaging bar experience for members and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Beverage Preparation :

• Mix and serve classic and signature cocktails
• Maintain bar stock and cleanliness
• Ensure all drinks are prepared according to recipes and quality standards

Customer Interaction :

• Engage with customers to create a lively atmosphere
• Recommend drinks based on preferences
• Handle transactions accurately

Events & Promotions :

• Support club events and themed nights
• Collaborate with the team for drink specials

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum 2 years in bartending, preferably in premium venues
• Knowledge of mixology, garnishes, and drink presentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Padel or sports club culture is a plus
