JOB SCOPE : Responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, showcasing latte art skills, maintaining café cleanliness, and providing exceptional service to members and guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Beverage Preparation & Service :

• Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks to standard recipes
• Create latte art and ensure presentation consistency
• Suggest and upsell beverages to guests

Café Operations :

• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
• Monitor inventory and request replenishment of coffee beans, milk, and supplies
• Assist in menu innovation and seasonal drink offerings

Customer Engagement :

• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and visitors
• Handle customer feedback and special requests professionally

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum 1–2 years as a barista; specialty coffee experience preferred
• Skilled in espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art
• Good communication skills and guest-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of café hygiene and safety standards
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and events
