JOB SCOPE: Lead preparation and presentation of Asian cuisine dishes while maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Prepare authentic Asian dishes according to club standards
  • Develop and update menus with seasonal ingredients
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with safety regulations

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum 3 years in Asian cuisine
  • Strong cooking skills and creativity
  • Good leadership and time management
  • Knowledge of cost control and inventory management
