Guest Relations

JOB SCOPE: Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, manage bookings, and ensure a smooth customer experience at the Padel Club.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Front Desk Operations :

  • Handle check-ins, bookings, and cancellations
  • Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations

Member Relations :

  • Build rapport with members and provide assistance
  • Address member feedback or concerns

Coordination :

  • Liaise with coaches, events, and maintenance teams
  • Support promotional activities at the club

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Professional and approachable demeanor
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer and booking system knowledge
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends
