Marketing Manager

JOB SCOPE : This role is responsible for planning and executing the club’s marketing strategy, growing brand awareness, attracting new members, and ensuring consistent communication across channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Marketing Strategy & Execution :

  • Develop and implement monthly marketing plans
  • Lead campaigns to drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement

Content & Channel Management :

  • Oversee content calendar and coordinate social media posts
  • Work closely with the Designer to brief and deliver engaging creatives
  • Maintain and update digital channels, including social media and website

Community Engagement & Events :

  • Coordinate club events and promotions
  • Build relationships with customers and community partners
  • Monitor feedback and trends to refine marketing efforts
  • Assist Admin in handling customer service to ensure smooth communication with members

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor degree from related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools
  • Experience in campaign planning and reporting
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Knowledge in Padel, fitness, or sports marketing is a plus
