JOB SCOPE : This role is responsible for planning and executing the club’s marketing strategy, growing brand awareness, attracting new members, and ensuring consistent communication across channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Marketing Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement monthly marketing plans
- Lead campaigns to drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement
Content & Channel Management :
- Oversee content calendar and coordinate social media posts
- Work closely with the Designer to brief and deliver engaging creatives
- Maintain and update digital channels, including social media and website
Community Engagement & Events :
- Coordinate club events and promotions
- Build relationships with customers and community partners
- Monitor feedback and trends to refine marketing efforts
- Assist Admin in handling customer service to ensure smooth communication with members
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor degree from related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or related fields
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools
- Experience in campaign planning and reporting
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
- Knowledge in Padel, fitness, or sports marketing is a plus
